The position bridges administration, operations, and community communication, working closely with teachers, school leadership, and families. It is both a hands-on operational role and a developmental role, contributing to the systems and structures that will support the Middle School as it evolves.

The Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, rhythm-based learning environment that honors each child’s developmental stage.
