Program Overview

The Inner Path of the Waldorf Teacher is an immersive, reflective training for those who feel called to Waldorf education; whether in Early Childhood, Grade School, Middle School, or High School, and whether you are beginning your journey or deepening an existing practice.

This course explores the foundations of Waldorf education, not as a set of methods to copy, but as living principles to be discovered, experienced, and developed from within. Rather than focusing on what to teach, we turn our attention to who the teacher is becoming. Through inner exploration, study of the human being, child development, and shared reflective practice, participants are supported to:

• Prepare for work within an established Waldorf school, or
• Build the inner capacities needed to help create a new Waldorf or Waldorf-inspired environment.
